Guarantee Conditions for the 10-Year All Trust Guarantee
1. Scope of Guarantee
Our company stands for the quality and durability of its products. That’s why we offer our customers a 10-year exchange guarantee on all our sports optics, including binoculars, riflescopes, and red dot sights. If a defect occurs in the optics during this period, we will replace the product with an equivalent optic of the same or similar type.
2. Guarantee Start and Duration
The guarantee begins on the date of purchase and is valid for a period of 10 years. To activate it, you must register on the NOBLEX E-Optics website under the ATG – All Trust Guarantee section (please select the topic "Guarantee Registration"). Proof of the purchase date is provided by uploading a photo of the original purchase invoice or a corresponding receipt.
3. Guarantee Services
As part of this guarantee, we commit to replacing a defective product with an equivalent product of the same or similar type in the event of a proven defect. The determination of a product's equivalence is at our discretion.
4. Definition of a Defect
A defect within the meaning of this guarantee occurs when a malfunction not caused by improper use significantly restricts or prevents the intended use of the optics. Examples of defects include:
- Fogging on the inside of the lens systems or moisture inside the optics despite the promised waterproofness.
- Failure or malfunction of the electronics.
- Mechanical defects in the focusing wheels, diopter adjustment, or zoom function.
- Loosening or breakage of structural components that are not caused by improper handling.
5. Guarantee Exclusions
The guarantee excludes:
- Normal wear and tear and wearing parts (e.g. seals, coatings, rubber armoring)
- Damage caused by improper use, improper handling, or lack of care
- Damage caused by forces beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, fire, water, or other environmental influences
- Repairs or modifications by unauthorized third parties
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality
6. Claiming the Guarantee

To process your claim, we require:
- The defective product
- A copy of the purchase receipt
- A brief description of the defect
The customer will bear the costs of shipping the defective product to us. The return of the replaced optics will be at our expense.
7. Statutory Guarantee Rights
This guarantee grants you additional rights and does not affect your statutory guarantee rights. The statutory guarantee applies independently of this guarantee and remains in full force and effect.
8. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these guarantee conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. This replacement guarantee is subject exclusively to German law, regardless of the country of purchase or the customer's place of residence.
